Wes Hobbs is Terra’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hobbs has 18 years of multi-disciplinary petroleum engineering experience with a focus on managing operations and development of both conventional and unconventional resource plays throughout the central and southern United States. Prior to co-founding Terra Energy Partners II in 2025 with Mr. Reynolds, he served as Vice President of Operations of Terra Energy Partners, LLC, as well as various engineering roles with Sanchez Energy and Occidental Petroleum. Mr. Hobbs holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
