Tyler Gillam currently serves as Terra’s Vice President of Operations. He originally joined Terra in 2017 as a Drilling and Completions Engineer and more recently held the role of Director of Drilling and Completions until Terra’s divestment of its Piceance Basin assets in early 2025. As Director of Drilling and Completions at Terra, he led a multidisciplinary team overseeing a $100+ million annual capital budget and played a key role in vertically integrating oilfield services and building scalable infrastructure to support continuous full-field Piceance development. Prior to joining Terra, Mr. Gillam worked as a Drilling Engineer for Sanchez Energy. Mr. Gillam has a proven track record of delivering operational efficiency, cost savings, and strong returns on capital over his 13 years of experience spanning drilling, completions, production, and midstream operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
