Suzanne Smith has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources with an extensive background with both oil and gas operators and service companies. Before joining Terra in 2015, Ms. Smith worked for Occidental Petroleum Corporation, holding HR manager positions in Permian, South Texas, Williston and Piceance assets. Prior to that, she held various HR positions of increasing responsibility with Stewart and Stevenson. Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
