Mitch Suson joined Terra in 2025 as Vice President of Finance. He previously served as a vice president in the energy private equity group at Kayne Anderson, where he focused on sourcing, executing and monitoring investments across the energy value chain. Prior to joining Kayne in 2018, Mr. Suson worked in the energy investment banking groups of Jefferies and Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with highest honors in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
