Lathan Henderson currently serves as Terra’s Vice President of Asset Development.  He originally joined Terra in 2016 as a Reservoir Engineer and more recently held the role of Vice President of Business Development until Terra’s divestment of its Piceance Basin assets in early 2025.  Prior to joining Terra, Mr. Henderson worked as a Reservoir Engineer for California Resources Corporation and Occidental Petroleum Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, with a minor in Computational & Applied Mathematics, from Rice University.
